Total of seven persons can sleep aboard. Two owner/guest staterooms, dinette seating for 4, settees. Master staterooom is forward. Guest stateroom is aft. Galley is to port and is equipped with Hillerange propane 2 burner stove with oven. Double s.s. sink with water faucet mixer, pressure water heater, Corian counter tops, refrigerator and head.

The Catalina 36 MK +II is the result of a long evolution of Catalina's experience in building many models and yachts in this model range. The 36 MK +II has a high volume hull providing tremendous interior accommodation, and comfort and stability under sail. This Catalina 36 MK +II is owned by a very experienced yachtsman who has taken very good care and provided excellent maintenance. The boat is well equipped and has recently had a new epoxy bottom. It is in superb condition.
